A Harvard graduate, Charles fell in love with Cambridge as a university student in the late 1980s. After graduating, he lived in Paris, France; New York City; Providence, Rhode Island; and Birmingham, Michigan. He came to the real estate business by way of the classroom, having taught English and history at several leading prep schools.
