Bow Market in Somerville, MA

In May 2018 Bow Market opened to the public. Development partners Zachary Baum and Matt Boyes-Watson finally got to see their vision come to life. They set out to create an open market place where artists, independent retailers, and chefs could have a brick and mortar storefront in the same place. They succeeded!

Bow Market is set back from the street on Somerville Ave in Union Square. The two-story plaza houses 30+ independent vendors surrounding a beautiful public courtyard. Bow Street Market worked tirelessly with the city of Somerville to capture the city’s rich history in the arts. The result is a wonderful space to shop, eat, and enjoy a drink on the sunny patio.
