Grateful. I am grateful for Karen Sexton, my office manager at Compass in Cambridge, Massachusetts.
I arrived at Compass in August 2016. Karen came on board as the Cambridge Compass office manager in February 2017. Karen and I go way back - we were colleagues for nearly two decades at Hammond Real Estate in Harvard Square.
Karen is a natural fit for the manager's role because she is caring and because she cares. Her wealth of experience as a Realtor is a given. She is a good listener. She is pro-active with regard to addressing issues. And she brings our office together.
A good manager is there for you when you need her. Karen is there for me - for us. She is caring and she cares. I am grateful for Karen Sexton.
