Checking in with Charles

March and April and May are typically very busy months for real estate in Cambridge and Somerville. Late winter weather in March slowed things down a little but not a lot. The spring market has kicked into gear. Lots of record sale prices and multiple offer situations. Here we go all over again.

Construction continues at Inman Crossing, a 36-unit elevator building outside Inman Square in Cambridge. Looking forward to listing these residences for sale later this spring.

Our daughter's spring break falls at the end of March, so we made our way to Delray Beach, Florida for some sun and to visit with my mom. Great weather and good fun.
