Vinal Bakery is located in Somerville, MA. The Kickstarter-funded cafe destination was eagerly anticipated by fans of Vinal's signature English muffins when they were a regular pop-up feature at Bagelsaurus in Cambridge. Located on the edge of Union Square at 222 Somerville Avenue, Vinal Bakery serves breakfast and lunch with locally sourced ingredients in a bright and welcoming space. Owner Sarah Murphy pays homage to her New England roots and her grandmother's baking and you can taste and feel the love in each bite. The popular English muffins can be purchased on their own in multiple flavors including classic, oat-sesame, anadama, and French toast. Or to house a variety of creative sandwich selections, such as "The Miss Maple" (cheddar, maple butter, and over medium egg) and "The Archie" (a twist on the classic Fluffernutter: peanut butter, vanilla marshmallow creme, sweet and salty peanuts.)  An assortment of homemade pastries are also served with varying scones, American muffins, breads, and cookies in regular menu rotation.
