The Cambridge and Somerville real estate market remains very hot. Multiple offers continues to be the order of the day for most new listings. Very challenging for offers featuring a mortgage contingency and/or a home inspection contingency to win out.
Wonderful to behold the trees in bloom and the flowers coming out. On the home front, we put down new sod in our back yard. For the moment, it's perfect!
