I did not take a summer vacation this year! A combination of being busy with work and not having a place to go! What a year 2020 has been. The closest I have come to taking time off is walking on the Charles River. Grateful to be getting down by the river on a regular basis.
Year to date in Cambridge and Somerville, the total number of sales is down compared to last year. However, prices are holding up – for now. It will be interesting to see how the market performs this coming fall and next spring. What happens with Covid and the election remains to be seen.
