The Cambridge and Somerville market has been mellower for the most part in August. Not as many properties getting multiple offers and selling for asking as in the spring. With the pandemic continuing for now rather than ending, some buyers are in timeout mode.
Our daughter went off to Pomona College in Claremont, California. Now an empty nester! To distract myself, I just upgraded our televisions at home. Ah, life!
