In mid-December 2019, I took a look at market stats for the year for Cambridge and Somerville, MA.
Checking in with Charles
My daughter (a senior in high school) was gifted a snow day in early December. Something of an anomaly in a month featuring quite a bit of mild weather. For the most part, I found myself sweeping up leaves rather than shoveling snow.
I had two buyer clients close on condos in Somerville in December very near to the holidays. Nothing like putting a new home under the tree!
My family celebrated Christmas and New Year's with my mom (Patsy) in Delray Beach, Florida. Here we are at El Camino on Margarita Monday! What a treat to be together and enjoy some sun, sand and surf!
