The real estate market in Cambridge and Somerville, MA remains solid. It feels like the seller's market of 2012 through March 2020 is being replaced by the emergence of a more balanced market. Values are holding up, but they are not accelerating as much as they were before the pandemic.
With traveling to Florida not in the cards for us this year, our family celebrated Christmas at home in Cambridge for the first time ever. Santa's delivery of an Xbox Series X game console meant that my daughter and I got to play racing games that transported us to tracks in Switzerland, Norway and Sweden, among other places. Fun!
