Every December, the Cambridge and Somerville real estate market slows down. This year was no different. The jury is still out with regard to the market in the new year. It will be especially interesting to see if there are more homes or fewer homes for sale.
Lucky me + my wife & daughter to be in Delray Beach, Florida at Christmastime. This was our first time since before the pandemic to be in Delray, and our first time staying at my mom's place. Thanks, mom! Great to rest and recharge for 2023!
