In February, a tale of two markets in Cambridge + Somerville. On the one hand, some properties sell immediately with multiple offers. On the other hand, other properties are taking more time to sell and may even have had a price reduction. Overall, the market remains active.
I got the chance to visit my younger brother and his family in Arizona on President's Day weekend. Hard to believe I saw more snow in Arizona than I have here this season!
