Hard to believe we had a 70 degree weekend in January. Market was HOT that weekend. Indeed, early indications are that 2020 will be another seller's market.
That's a picture of me (on left) on the field at Hard Rock Stadium in Miami - site of this year's Super Bowl. No, I didn't go to the game. I was there a few years ago for a conference that featured talks by Tom Ferry and Gary Vaynerchuk. Great experience being on the field. As you might expect, it's a dramatic setting!
