The real estate market in Cambridge and Somerville, MA was steady and solid in January. It feels like the spring market will be solid.
While sitting at a stoplight on Cambridge Street in early January, my VW Tiguan was rear-ended. Fortunately, no one was hurt. Alas, my car spent 3+ weeks in the body shop. Grateful that it is now repaired and I am back behind the wheel.
