Out showing property in January with buyer clients. Several now have accepted offers. The market is showing signs of life in the new year. I expect a busy spring market.
I have now had my Schwinn AC Performance exercise bike for just over a year. I just completed my 100th ride. With the Fulgaz app, I am able to ride all over the world. This past week I took three rides in France. Here's to the next 100 rides in 2023.
