The new year means the real estate market is kicking back into gear. Maggie Dee and I listed for sale 249 River Street in Cambridge, which generated multiple offers and is closing in February. Also, I had a buyer client make a winning bid on a single family in Cambridge with multiple offers on the table at the bid deadline. Clearly, the market is heating back up.
I spent much of the month of January getting better after falling ill with something or other (Not Covid and not flu). Glad to be feeling better each day!
