Hot times in the city! A number of scorching hot days in July. Whew! As for the market, it has certainly cooled off since the spring. Yes, properties are still selling. But not always right away. Or for a crazy price over asking. The market is beginning to feel more balanced, as it did in 2012. Yes, ten years ago! That being said, there are still pockets of heat and some multiple offer situations.
I have been enjoying watching sports documentary films in the ESPN 30 for 30 series. I just watched one on the rivalry between Magic Johnson and Larry Bird. Bring it on! Fond memories for me.
