On June 28, I listed for sale 31 residential condos at Inman Crossing in Cambridge. In short order over half of the units in the building were under accepted offer! This new construction four-story elevator building is hot!
The pace of work for me this summer has been intense. That said, I did get away in June with my family to the Lake Michigan shore. Remarkable to still see light in the sky there at 10 pm. Ah, summer!
Glad to get around via Vespa this time of year - weather permitting. We have had some intense rainstorms of late. Our back yard is like a jungle right now.
