The real estate market remains steady and strong. Like the weather, there have been some pockets of real heat, with certain listings still generating multiple offers and selling for over asking. On the other hand, I had a buyer client get an offer accepted for less than list price in Davis Square. How refreshing!
I drove over a small pot hole on my Vespa, causing my iPhone to pop up in the top case, shattering the glass. Next stop - UbreakIfix for a new a screen. Ah, life!
