The month of March means the beginning of the spring market, which means more listings coming on the market and more buyers out looking. Although not every listing is selling for over asking at the offer deadline, the market has certainly picked up and is more active.
My sister organized a surprise 82nd birthday for my mother at her home in Mid Cambridge. Friends and neighbors gathered to celebrate. Happy birthday Patsy!
