Checking in with Charles

The month of May is the heart of the spring market. I listed three properties on May 1 to start the month with a bang. All went under accepted offer very quickly. Overall, market activity in May was brisk.

A few weeks back, I started working out with a personal trainer once a week. And I am also getting to the gym on my own a couple times a week. Long way to go, but I am now on the journey. Better late than never!
