Checking in with Charles

On November 5, bids were due on my listing at 66 Hurley Street, a three-family in East Cambridge outside Kendall Square. Multiple offers came in and the property is now under accepted offer with a developer who plans to gut renovate the building in due course. It's always exciting to see a property restored to all its glory. Stay tuned in 2020 for more on this address.

Several buyer clients solidified home purchases in Somerville in November. Thrilled for both. Closings are scheduled in December.

The Cambridge Compass office at 1100 Mass. Ave in Harvard Square celebrated its first birthday on November 20. It has been a real boon for the Charles Cherney Team at Compass to be based here. Love it!
