Checking in with Charles

November is a quieter month for real estate in Cambridge and Somerville. With it getting dark earlier in the day, it's hard to "see" properties after 5 pm. And there is always a slow down as we approach the holidays.

My wife and I found our way to California over Thanksgiving to visit with our daughter who is a freshman at Pomona College. First trip anywhere since 2019. Nice to see the ocean! We stayed in Solana Beach.
