Every year come mid November, the market begins to quiet down for the holidays. This year is no different. For sure, there is still some activity. That being said, many buyers and sellers are in timeout mode now until the new year.
Thanksgiving week my wife and I visited with our daughter who is a student at Pomona College in Claremont, California. We got to spend a few days together in Laguna Beach. Nice! Great to see our daughter and spend time in the sunshine.
