Overall, the market cooled down in October. Yes, for sure, there are still some pockets of heat. That being said, more properties are taking longer to sell, and not all listings are generating multiple offers.
My iPhone 8+ gave up the ghost and now I am sporting an iPhone 12. And I am eagerly awaiting the arrival of my new 16-inch MacBook Pro. My old Pro dates from 2012!
