Checking in with Charles

Our daughter is a senior in high school this school year and right now in the thick of college essays and applications. This, too, shall pass! Intense process.

At the end of September, I travelled to Nashville for the Curaytor Excellence real estate conference. Curaytor is the company that powers this website. A highlight of the event was Phil M. Jones' all-day workshop based on his new book Exactly What to Say. Here I am with Phil. The key lesson? Ask questions!

Another highlight of the Curaytor conference was Marc Davison's keynote on brand. I look forward to working this fall with Marc's talented team at 1000watt on our team's brand messaging.

I have also started working with real estate mentor Jess Lenouvel to up my game. Who says one is too old to improve? Aiming to get better all the time!
