September brings a change of seasons and cooler weather. The market in Cambridge and Somerville has cooled as well – not ice cold but no longer the hot spring market. Multiple offers and over asking sale prices are now very much the exception rather than the rule. What has emerged is a more balanced market, something last seen here in 2012!
I now have an iPhone 14 Pro Max. My first time ever having a larger 6.7 inch screen. Love it! New prescription for my glasses and a bigger phone screen might just be signs of aging:)
