Seller Success Story: Love at Last Sight

I helped Ron and Ariel purchase their beautiful renovated single family home in Cambridge five years ago. 

With a new job opportunity calling in California, it's time to pack up and move.

"Well, Charles," asks Ron, "What do we need to do before coming on the market?

My action plan calls for the following:

• Landscape front and back yards and put in new sod

• Refinish the hardwood floors on the lower level

• Clean the windows 

• Clean the house top to bottom

• Professionally stage the entire house

And when Ron and Ariel and their two kids move out, I do just that, organizing and overseeing everyone needed over the course of the 3+ weeks to get the house ready to come on the market.

When the photos and 3- D tour are done, I share them with Ron and Ariel.
