Although I spent most of the entire month of April at home with my wife and our daughter, I did get out on multiple occasions in service of buyer and seller clients.
For sure, there are not as many homes for sale in Cambridge and Somerville at this time. So far, however, price points are holding up. Some listings have even received multiple offers during the shelter-in-place phase. One of my buyer clients came out the winner in a multiple offer situation.
The market seems to be slowly gaining a bit more momentum. It feels like the traditional "spring market" will show up this year during the summer – or perhaps even in the fall. Stay tuned!
