January featured below normal temperatures, with several days in single digit territory. For Cambridge and Somerville residents, this winter has been about cold weather rather than snow. I don't know about you, but I'd always take a snowstorm over bone-chilling cold.

The residential real estate market in Cambridge and Somerville remains strong. Early indications are that the market will be rock solid this year.
