Dining out in Cambridge & Somerville
Recently, our team decided to make our weekly meeting a luncheon, so that we could explore Cambridge and Somerville restaurants and spend a little more quality time together.

Checking in with Charles
I found myself on a hot summer night in June waiting for a text message from a buyer's agent regarding whether or not his buyer would proceed with signing the purchase and sale on one of my listings. If the answer was NO, that meant letting my seller client know the news late at night and thereafter preparing the escrow deposit release and putting the property back on the market and scheduling an open house for the weekend. If the answer was YES, that meant sending the agreement signed by the buyer to my seller clients to Docusign - which they could do from their phones in two different places. Real estate is an interesting business. A long hour later, the text came. The answer was YES. Purchase and sale Docusigned by midnight.
