Quite a bit of HOT weather in July. With temperatures in the 90s on many days, my daily walks were sometimes cut short. I don't know about you, but I would love to be able to jump in the ocean. One day soon again I hope!
I am continuing to discover country music. Listening to Trio (1987) with Dolly Parton and Emmylou Harris and Linda Ronstadt on my daily walks. And I have been watching a number of Mike Leigh films late at night. Grateful for these artists.
The real estate market continues to run hot and "warm" at the same time. Some properties selling right away. Others taking more time. And an increasing number of properties are having price reductions before selling.
