I thought I was going to be leasing a NEW Volvo this month. Alas, the dealership was out to lunch and would not negotiate with me, so I walked away. Of course, after I walked away the manager reached out to say they would negotiate. I said no thank you. I will simply keep my VW Tiguan. It's a classic! I am still walking more than I drive.
I am continuing to discover country music. Listening to Merle Haggard and Willie Nelson a lot this month on my daily walks. Still aiming for 10,000+ steps a day. The real estate market has been running hot and "warm" at the same time. Some properties selling right away. Others taking more time. For the most part, prices are holding up.
