For sure the market began to shift after Memorial Day. The heated spring market is now in the rear view mirror. Multiple offers and sky high over asking sale prices are much more the exception rather than the rule these days. A more balanced market is emerging.

Summer's here! Grateful for the sunshine and longer days. I have enjoyed walking along the Charles River. Nice, too, to spend a few days recently on Martha's Vineyard.
