Checking in with Charles

The spring market is here. I have been working hard, seven days a week, pretty much around the clock. Whew!

It remains a seller's market. That being said, not everything is moving with multiple offers on a bid deadline. I had a buyer client bid alone with standard contingencies and successfully negotiate below the list price for a property on the market for more than 30 days. Now and again, an opportunity like that exists.

I picked up my Vespa in mid-April. However, with the rain and colder weather, I have not been able to enjoy it more than a few times.
