The spring market in full swing in the month of May. Many listings attracting multiple offers and selling for over asking. I cannot recall the amount of heat on the fire as right now – for certain listings. For sure, single families trading at a premium.
I purchased a new Macbook Air and new iPad this month. The M1 chip found in each has me humming along. Great to get an upgrade!
