Checking in with Charles

In September, I decided to sign up for "Fall into Fitness" with Nikki Bruno of Somerville. Nikki is a great coach and I look forward to continuing to work with her on my fitness journey! So far, so good! Water, workouts and walks are now the new order of my days.

The fall market in full swing in the month of September. Activity picked up right after Labor Day and has continued since at a steady pace. Although there are still many multiple offer equations, there are more listings staying on the market beyond the first weekend. Could this mean the strong seller's market of the last 5+ years is beginning to shift? Time will tell.

I recently rediscovered my interest in backgammon. Backgammon is a lot like real estate, insofar as it involves not only a great deal of skill but also the element of chance. I have enjoyed improving my game by playing against the computer on Extreme Gammon on my iPad. Looking forward to teaching my daughter how play in the months ahead. I'm pretty sure she will be a very good player!
